What happens after I register?

After you register and validate your email address, we will ask you for some basic information about your clinic, including contact information, types of services provided, and populations served. This information goes onto the map. You can then add information about your patients’ demographics, the preventive services you offer, and your performance on several public health quality indicators. This data is summarized and presented back to you using data visualization. Finally, we combine the data submitted by all of the clinics and summarize our collective impact on the Mobile Clinic Impact Tracker.

How do I join Mobile Health Map?

On the registration page, enter your email address, and create a password. Then check your inbox for an email from us. Click on the link in that email to validate your email address.

I signed up, but I don’t see my clinic on the map?

The map refreshes once a day, so it could take up to 24 hours to see your clinic on the map. If it still doesn’t appear after one day passes, please contact us.
